New York City client looking for a Kronos Engineer.  In this role you will work on technical programming for Kronos across the enterprise. Utilize your knowledge of Kronos integration and technical tools to develop and deploy custom reports based on Kronos SQL server database structures as well as create, maintain and run Interfaces using Kronos Workforce Integration manager.  Extract and manage large data sets using SQL. Create reports for functional teams through custom coding. Grow in a fast paced environment as you handle multiple projects simultaneously.
This position requires support, as needed, in a 24 X 7 environment.
Preferred Background:
  • Previous programming experience
  • Excellent SQL development skills
  • Experience and understanding of databases and database table structures and relationships, preferably the Kronos Database
  • Experience with Time and Attendance reporting  
  • Experience with Work Rules, Pay Rules, Accrual Rules and Pay Codes
  • Experience developing interfaces using Kronos Workforce Integration Manager
  • Experience with MicroStrategy Developer
  • Experience with Analytics, OptiLink and Attendance 
  • Knowledge of Web Services and XML
  • Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central Suite
  • Knowledge of WFC modules for WTK, WFS, WFL, WDM
